Project Conceptualisation
This is where we work with our clients to unpack their immediate and future flexible power requirements which translates into conceptualised mix of technologies and solutions
Site Evaluation
FlexED undertakes thorough multi-faceted evaluation of potential project sites to ensure the development site has the highest chance of achieving success
Development
In collaboration with a team of discipline experts, FlexED will lead the entire development process including the sourcing of finance; feasibility studies; EPC/O&M procurement; and concluding of all relevant project agreements
Approvals
We will facilitate the process of getting all approvals and relevant licences needed for the complete power plant development
Project Implementation
We remain involved throughout the implementation phase of the project to ensure that costs and timelines are met
Operations and Maintenance
Once established, FlexED will continue to remain involved in the O&M of the power project to ensure that its intended performance requirements are met for the client
